Main Responsibilities
- Meet clients to understand event requirements and budget
- Plan event schedules and timelines
- Coordinate venues, catering, decoration, lighting, and entertainment
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
- Manage invitations, registrations, and guest arrangements
- Handle event setup and on-site supervision
- Monitor budgets and payments
- Solve problems during events quickly and professionally
- Ensure safety and smooth execution of the event
- Prepare post-event reports and feedback
