Hiring – Civil Engineer (Execution & Finishing)
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Civil
Experience: 6+ Years
Project Type: Commercial Corporate Office Project
Payroll: Candidate should be comfortable working on PMC payroll.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in commercial building projects
- Basement construction experience is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing, and site execution
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle basement works including excavation, RCC, waterproofing, retaining wall, and podium/parking execution.
- Supervise daily site execution of RCC, masonry, and civil works as per drawings.
- Monitor finishing works like flooring, tiling, painting, false ceiling, and façade.
- Ensure quality and timely completion of work.
- Manage contractors, labor, and material usage at site.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain daily progress reports.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and MEP teams for smooth execution.
