At TruPahadi, we're building a next-generation millet food brand focused on clean, nutritious products for modern families. We're looking for a Sales Manager who can lead our offline and B2B sales efforts and help scale our distribution across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and expand TruPahadi's distributor and dealer network across key cities.
- Drive sales in general trade, modern trade, and premium retail stores.
- Develop partnerships with supermarkets, organic stores, gourmet stores, and pharmacies.
- Onboard and manage institutional clients, including schools, corporate offices, hotels, cafés, and hospitals.
- Identify and acquire new B2B customers and strategic partners.
- Meet monthly sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions, product launches, and sampling activities.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market expansion plans.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of sales experience in FMCG, food, beverages, or consumer products.
- Strong network with distributors and retail partners is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel for market visits and business development.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-growing startup.
