Job Title: Sr. Executive – Business HR

Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and execution-driven Business HR professional to manage HR Operations (70%) and Talent Acquisition (30%) for hospital operations. The role requires strong ownership of the employee lifecycle, close collaboration with business teams, and the ability to manage frontline hiring efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Business Partnering (70%)
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit
- Drive joining formalities, induction, and structured orientation programs
- Ensure effective goal setting, OJT tracking, and performance alignment
- Manage probation review, confirmations, and documentation
- Handle employee grievances, engagement, and workplace concerns
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll inputs and HR documentation
- Drive Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives
- Act as a Business HR partner to hospital teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve employee experience
Talent Acquisition (30%)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline hospital roles (PRE, Optometrist, OTA, Optical Sales)
- Source candidates via portals, references, and vendors
- Screen candidates for role relevance and required skills
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Ensure quick closures and positive candidate experience
Key Skills Required
- Strong exposure to HR Operations / HR Generalist / HRBP role
- Experience in frontline / volume hiring
- Good understanding of employee lifecycle management
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong screening and assessment capability
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
