Job Title: Sales Associate / Salesperson

Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Salesperson to assist customers, maintain product displays, and ensure a smooth shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to help customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in finding products.
- Provide information about products, offers, and promotions.
- Ensure shelves are stocked, organised, and properly labelled.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints.
- Assist in receiving and arranging new stock.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store.
- Support billing and checkout operations when required.
- Follow company policies and maintain excellent customer service standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 10th/12th pass (higher qualification is a plus).
- Previous retail or supermarket experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer service.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves.
- Honest, punctual, and team-oriented.
Preferred Skills
- Customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
