Sales Manager – Life Insurance (Short JD) Role
Responsible for driving life insurance sales, achieving targets, and managing customer acquisition through direct sales, agency, or bancassurance channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales & premium targets
- Sell life insurance products (term, ULIP, endowment, pension)
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers
- Manage and support sales agents/team (if applicable)
- Maintain strong customer relationships for renewals & cross-sell
- Ensure proper documentation and IRDAI compliance
- Track and report daily sales performance
KPIs
- Monthly premium booked
- Number of policies sold
- Conversion ratio
- Persistency (renewals)
Requirements
- Graduate (MBA preferred)
- 1–5 years sales experience (insurance/BFSI preferred)
- Strong communication & persuasion skills
- Target-driven mindset
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
