Team - CEOPS | Role - Software Engineer | Grade - B7 / B8 | 3 positions | Duration: 6+ months We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Engineer with 5-7 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in customising Microsoft Dynamics CRM, along with a solid understanding of Dynamics 365 Sales and Service processes, Power Pages. The candidate should possess excellent problem-solving abilities, a deep understanding of business workflows, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Good to have - Understanding setup and implementation of Microsoft Sales Agent / Copilot-based solutions, working closely with stakeholders across business and technology. Responsibilities Developer/Engineer: D365 CE Developer: (2 developers)
- Strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience including configuration and customization.
- Build and maintain plugins, workflows, and custom APIs using C/.NET
- Design and develop Power Apps (Model-driven/Canvas) and Power Automate flows
- Implement SSIS-based ETL solutions for data migration and integration using KingswaySoft.
- Build integrations using Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, APIs)
- Experience with SQL and hands on with both on-prem and cloud hosted databases
- Work with Dataverse, REST APIs, JSON/XML, and external system integrations
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of the key phases of software delivery lifecycle and established software development methodologies Power Pages Developer: (1 developer)
- Design and build Power Pages websites, including templates, web pages, forms, and authentication
- Experience with Liquid templates for dynamic content rendering and personalization
- Configure Dataverse tables, forms, and integrations for portal data access
- Build custom functionality using JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Liquid
- Implement role-based access, security, and identity management for portal users
- Integrate Power Pages with D365, Power Platform, and external systems via APIs
- Troubleshoot and optimize performance, usability, and security issues in Power Pages Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional environments. Certifications (Preferred) Microsoft certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, or equivalent. Information Classification - Restricted
