Job Purpose
The Executive Assistant – Events & Administration is responsible for providing high-level executive and administrative support while planning and executing corporate events. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth administrative operations and successful event execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the executive's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, minutes of meetings, and business correspondence.
- Track action items and follow up on key assignments to ensure timely completion.
Event Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, conferences, seminars, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
- Develop event budgets, schedules, and logistics plans while ensuring cost-effective execution.
- Coordinate invitations, registrations, travel, accommodation, and event materials.
- Supervise on-site event operations and ensure seamless execution.
- Conduct post-event evaluations, prepare reports, and maintain event documentation.
Administration
- Support daily office administration and ensure efficient operational processes.
- Process administrative documentation, expense reports, purchase requests, and approvals.
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings and monitor follow-up actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related discipline.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in executive secretarial/Executive Assistant, administration, or event management roles.
Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams is preferred
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
