Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator to manage and coordinate clinical research activities at the hospital. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of clinical trials and research projects while maintaining compliance with protocols, regulatory requirements, and hospital policies.
Candidates from Ahmedabad location will be preferred. Prior work experience in a hospital setting is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage clinical research studies and trials.
- Ensure compliance with study protocols, GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and research records.
- Coordinate with investigators, doctors, patients, sponsors, and ethics committees.
- Assist in patient screening, enrollment, and follow-up activities.
- Prepare and maintain study-related reports and data.
- Schedule study visits and coordinate sample collection/testing.
- Ensure proper informed consent process for study participants.
- Monitor adverse events and report as per protocol requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and research data.
- Support audits, monitoring visits, and inspections.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned research activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biotechnology, Clinical Research, or related field.
- Certification in Clinical Research will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Clinical Research or Hospital Research Coordination.
- Candidates with hospital work experience will be preferred.
- Ahmedabad-based candidates will be given preference.

- Good documentation and reporting skills

- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
- Computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, Email)
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
