About the Role
Decore Designz is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our digital presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, branding, audience engagement, and social media marketing.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage content for social media platforms.
- Develop monthly content calendars and posting schedules.
- Create engaging captions, stories, reels, and promotional content.
- Coordinate with the design and video teams to produce high-quality content.
- Manage community engagement by responding to messages, comments, and inquiries.
- Monitor social media trends and implement creative content ideas.
- Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
- Assist in running and optimizing social media advertising campaigns.
- Capture on-site photos and videos during project visits when required.
Requirements
- Experience in social media management and content marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and social media analytics.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and branding.
- Experience in the interior design, architecture, or real estate industry is a plus.
