Job Summary
We are hiring a Telecaller Executive for our Gurgaon office.
The ideal candidate should be fluent in spoken English and Hindi, confident on calls, and comfortable communicating with prospective clients.
This is a customer-facing calling role involving outbound calls, lead follow-ups and client communication.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients
- Speak with clients and understand their requirements
- Explain our services clearly and professionally
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp
- Maintain regular follow-ups and calling records
- Coordinate with the internal team as required
- Support lead generation and business development activities
Requirements
- Fluent spoken English is mandatory
- Good Hindi communication skills
- Clear pronunciation and confident phone manner
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Basic computer knowledge
- Freshers can apply
- 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, BPO or similar roles preferred
