Responsibilities:
- Managing documentation and serving as the primary point of communication between clients and vendors to ensure a smooth and efficient documentation process.
- Utilize CRM software to automate workflows, manage client interactions, and maintain an up-to-date database of the booking process.
- Address and resolve client queries promptly via calls and emails, ensuring seamless support throughout the entire documentation process.
- Provide regular status updates to clients via email, enabling them to track progress effectively.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
