A leading IPC is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced professional from a RE background to join their Commercial Leasing team based in Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong client relationships within the commercial real estate sector.
Engage with potential tenants and clients to understand their leasing needs and present suitable commercial properties.
Actively participate in client meetings, property tours, and negotiation processes.
Collaborate with the commercial leasing team to identify and secure leasing opportunities.
Provide clients with detailed knowledge of the leasing market, trends, and potential investment benefits.
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
