Padmansha Technologies Pvt Ltd is a leading manufacturer and exporter of Digital Pump Controllers. We're hiring a Sales Executive to manage online sales enquiries, share product details with prospective customers, and convert leads into confirmed orders. Must be proficient in Tally/Excel and have strong sales, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to online leads/enquiries related to panels
- Share product details, pricing & availability with customers
- Follow up via calls/email/WhatsApp to convert leads into orders
- Maintain order/customer data in Tally & Excel
- Coordinate with dispatch/accounts for order fulfillment
- Resolve customer queries and objections
- Track and report daily lead conversion status
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate with technical background
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering
Required Skills:
- 3–4 years sales experience (online/lead-based sales preferred)
- Proficiency in Tally & Excel
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Good problem-solving ability
- Product knowledge/quick learner
Preferred: Knowledge of Submersible Pumps, Motors and Digital Pump Control Panels is a plus.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
