Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ICU Nursing Incharge to supervise ICU nursing operations and ensure high-quality, safe and efficient patient care. The candidate should have strong ICU experience, leadership skills and the ability to manage nursing staff and critical-care situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day ICU nursing activities.
- Allocate duties and prepare/manage staff duty rosters.
- Monitor patient care, vital signs and clinical documentation.
- Guide and supervise ICU nurses and ensure adherence to nursing protocols.
- Coordinate with doctors, intensivists and multidisciplinary teams.
- Assist during emergencies, CPR, intubation and other critical-care procedures.
- Ensure proper functioning and readiness of ICU equipment, emergency trolley and essential supplies.
Candidate Profile
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- 6–10 years of total nursing experience, preferably with strong ICU/critical-care exposure.
- Valid Nursing Council registration.
- Excellent communication, leadership and team-management skills.
- Strong knowledge of ICU procedures, emergency care and critical-care equipment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment.
