Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals & LinkedIn
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR calls
- Schedule interviews
- Maintain recruitment trackers
- Assist with onboarding and HR documentation
Requirements:
- Graduate or pursuing MBA/PGDM (HR)
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & recruitment
- Eager to learn and grow in HR
- Immediate joiners preferred
