Tele Calling for IT Product and Software Sales
Target Oriented
Help desk for Pre-Sales & Post-sales service.
Job objective is to maintain a balance between Customer and Sales
Responsibilities :
The role requires significant interaction with clients over the telephone for Pre-Sales and Post Sales activity.
Understanding customers' diveries, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs.
Maintaing Sales data
Helping Sales Team to achive their Sales target
Networking with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products sales and
Managing workload in order to organize and priorities daily and weekly goals.
Customer Payment followups
Skills :
Have an interest in and knowledge of IT, it is not essential that you have the technical skills. Have a strong MIS/ Microsoft Excel background or some other relevant experience for particular business.
Self-motivation and a competitive, results-driven attitude;
Passion, dedication and focus.
A good level of technical understanding with enthusiasm for new technology and its commercial uses.
Stamina, resilience and the ability to work well under pressure;
Articulate and confident presentation skills and professional telephone manner.
