Key Responsibilities
- Financial Accounting
- Maintain day-to-day books of accounts, journal entries, ledgers.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.
- Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Generate Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
- Provide MIS reports and variance analysis for management.
- Payroll & Wage Management
- Process salaries, deductions, and reimbursements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain payroll records.
- Taxation & Compliance
- Handle GST returns, TDS, and Income Tax filings.
- Coordinate with auditors and tax authorities.
- Stay updated on amendments in tax laws affecting manufacturing.
- Inventory & Costing
- Track raw material costs, labor, and overheads.
- Conduct stock verification and valuation.
- Analyze cost variances and support production costing.
- Budgeting & Cost Control
- Assist in annual budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor expenses and suggest cost-saving measures.
- Provide financial risk analysis.
- Audit & Internal Controls
- Prepare data for internal and external audits.
- Implement strong internal financial controls.
- Support ERP/SAP automation initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (CA/Inter CA preferred).
- Minimum 6–15 years of experience in manufacturing or Sofa industry.
- Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and Indian Accounting Standards.
- Proficiency in Tally, SAP, ERP, MS Excel.
- Ability to independently manage factory-level accounts and compliance.
Salary
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
