- Design functional and aesthetic home layouts based on client needs, lifestyle, and budget.
- Produce architectural drawings, floor plans, and 3D renderings using design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and residential safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and interior designers to integrate structural and design elements seamlessly.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to align the design with the site’s conditions and constraints.
