Google Business Profile Specialist – Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Google Business Profile (GBP) Specialist to manage and optimize multiple business listings, especially for chain businesses and bulk operations.
Location & Work Details
- Work From Office: Sector 48, Gurugram
- Timings: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Manage Google Business Profiles across multiple locations
- Handle bulk verification for chain businesses
- Resolve suspended and disabled listings
- Create, claim, and update GBP listings, including bulk updates
- Maintain accurate and consistent business information across profiles
- Coordinate with Google Support for escalations and issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with Google guidelines and policies
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Google Business Profile / Google My Business
- Strong knowledge of bulk verification, listing creation, claiming, and recovery processes
- Experience handling suspended or disabled listings
- Ability to manage multiple business locations efficiently
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
Preferred Skills
- Experience with restaurants, retail chains, or franchise businesses
- Knowledge of local SEO and citation management
- Experience handling Google Support escalations
