Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven B2B Sales Manager to expand our business by building strategic partnerships with architects, builders, real estate developers, interior designers, contractors, and other industry stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, establishing long-term partnerships, increasing brand visibility, and driving project-based sales for Gate Automation and Smart Home solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and establish strong business relationships with architects, builders, real estate developers, interior designers, consultants, and contractors.
- Develop strategic partnerships and secure product specifications in upcoming residential and commercial projects.
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote Onwords' Gate Automation and Smart Home solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, industry events, referrals, and market research.
- Track project progress and maintain regular follow-ups to convert opportunities into business..
- Prepare weekly reports on client meetings, project pipeline, revenue forecasts, and business development activities.
- Represent the company professionally and strengthen the Onwords brand within the construction and real estate ecosystem.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in B2B Business Development, Channel Sales, Project Sales, or Corporate Sales.
- Good understanding of project sales cycles and stakeholder management.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for client meetings and business development activities.
