Social Media & AI Marketing Executive

Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and AI-savvy Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to manage social media channels, create engaging content, coordinate with clients, and support digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow all social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
- Execute a video-first content strategy focused on reels, shorts, and engaging visual content.
- Create and maintain content calendars and stay updated with the latest social media trends.
- Coordinate directly with clients and handle content-related communication.
- Shoot, edit, and publish reels, videos, and social media posts.
- Use Canva, CapCut, and AI tools for content creation and video production.
- Work with AI content pipelines, including auto-clipping long videos, testimonial content mining, avatar/voice generation, and AI-assisted scheduling.
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on data and trends.
- Support digital marketing activities and have basic knowledge of paid advertising campaigns.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Experience managing multiple social media platforms.
- Creative thinking with a strong understanding of content trends.
- Hands-on experience with Canva, CapCut, and AI content tools.
- Familiarity with AI-driven content workflows and automation.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, or other paid marketing platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
