We are seeking a proactive and motivated HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our Skin & Hair Care organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process for clinical, sales, marketing, operations, and corporate roles.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Post job openings on job portals and social media.
- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Negotiate salary and release offer letters.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience.
- Experience recruiting for healthcare, skincare, hair care, wellness, or hospital roles is preferred, including hiring doctors, clinic administrators, front office executives, therapists, customer care executives, and sales professionals.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in job portals, ATS, and MS Office.
Preferred Industry: Skin & Hair Care, Dermatology, Aesthetic Clinics, Cosmetic Healthcare, Wellness, Healthcare, or Hospital recruitment.
