CNC / VMC Operator – 2 Positions
Department: Production / Manufacturing
Experience: 2–3 Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Salary: n20,000 – n25,000 per month
Shift: Day / Rotational Shift
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC and VMC machines to produce precision components as per drawings.
- Set up machines including tooling, fixtures, offsets, and workpieces.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Perform basic CNC program editing and corrections when required.
- Monitor machining operations to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Carry out in-process and final inspection using measuring instruments.
- Maintain production logs and report deviations or machine issues.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
- Follow safety procedures and company quality standards.
Skills & Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in CNC / VMC operation.
- Knowledge of G-codes, cutting tools, and machining parameters.
- Familiar with Vernier caliper, micrometer, bore gauge, etc.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
