Job description: HR Generalist
Objective: As a Generalist, you are expected to have high level of empathy for employee needs, with a commitment to enhancing the employee experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist with employee recognition and satisfaction activities.

Improve and implement recruit orientation and onboarding to guarantee a successful, engaging, and instructive introduction to the organisation.

Contribute to the formulation and implementation of Human Resource policies.
Maintain employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Work with HR executives to create, implement, and monitor employee programmes (performance management, promotions, and annual reviews).

Providing support for HR administrative tasks as needed.
Manage final settlement processing, including calculating and processing full and final settlements (FnF) for exiting employees.

Handle discrimination, sexual harassment, and other forms of workplace harassment complaints, as well as help with any required investigations and disciplinary measures.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of statutory requirements related to HR, reducing risks and ensuring regulatory compliance all times.
Employee Relations: point person for all employees regarding HR Operations matters.

Stay informed on changes in Indian employment law and developing trends, ensuring compliance with any legal or regulatory obligations.
Desired Candidate Profile:

Master's degree in HR or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR generalist role, with a focus on payroll processing, employee engagement, OD and L&D.

Proven Experience in conducting Employee Engagement Activities.

Minimum 5 Years Experience MIS and reporting.

5+ years in administering employee benefits, attendance management and leave applications/leave management.
Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office.
Salary: Not a Constraint for the Right Candidate.
