Maintwiz Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Manager/Business Development Manager to join our team in Delhi/Mumbai/Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence in the region.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

Lead Generation: Prospect potential clients in the Delhi/Mumbai/Ahmedabad market using LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking to build a strong pipeline of qualified leads.

Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings, while researching consumer needs and identifying how our solutions address them.

Gain expert knowledge of our product and deliver demos & presentations to CXOs.

Prepare and present business proposals, contracts, and negotiations to potential clients.

Monitor and report on sales performance, including pipelines, forecasts, and key metrics.

Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services.

4+ years of Enterprise Sales Experience (CRM, ERP)

IT / SaaS Sales Experience mandatory

Candidate should have experience in generating leads via internet and offline means and ability to follow through closure
