Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce company services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Generate quality leads and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
- Follow up with customers to maintain strong relationships.
- Handle customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth customer support.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass.
- 6 Months to 2 Years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Service, or BPO.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
