About Job Role
The Telesales Executive is responsible for calling potential and existing customers to explain finance products and support the sales process. The role exists to generate leads, convert enquiries into sales, and maintain regular follow-up to achieve monthly targets. This position ensures correct customer information is captured, basic eligibility is checked, and customer queries are handled in a clear and polite manner. The executive coordinates with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and timely updates to customers.
Primary Responsibilities
- Handle and manage leads received from the Digital Marketing team.
- Conduct tele-calling activities to convert prospects into sales opportunities.
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure lead conversion and customer engagement.
- Explain products and services effectively to potential customers.
- Assist customers with Demat account opening and onboarding processes.
- Guide new clients in using the mobile application, adding funds, and executing trial trades.
- Maintain customer relationships through timely callbacks and support assistance.
- Participate in review meetings and support team training and business development activities.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Rajkot Bhomeshwar Plot, Gujarat
