Role Overview
Customer-facing role working closely with customers and sales teams to understand requirements and design the right technical solutions. Acts as a bridge between customers and internal teams (engineering, product, partners) to ensure smooth design, integration, and deployment of access control systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with customers & sales to understand technical requirements
- Convert business needs into technical solutions & designs
- Design secure, scalable, and compliant access control systems
- Support deployment (cloud / on-prem / hybrid) & integrations
- Act as technical point of contact for customers
- Collaborate with product, engineering & operations teams
- Ensure security standards, risk assessment & compliance
- Create documentation, guides & provide training
Skills & Experience
Technical:
- 2+ years in solution design / access control / security systems
- Basic understanding of APIs & system integrations
- Knowledge of access control systems (PACS)
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving & analytical thinking
- Good communication & stakeholder management
- Ability to own and lead technical discussions
- Comfortable handling multiple projects
Good to Have
- Experience with physical access control systems (PACS)
- Exposure to security hardware
