Job Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.
- Conduct employee onboarding and complete joining formalities.
- Manage employee documentation and maintain HR records.
- Handle ESI and PF registration, documentation, and compliance.
- Coordinate with payroll for ESI, PF, and other statutory deductions.
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Assist in employee engagement and HR administrative activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Support performance management and other HR operations as required.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Basic understanding of ESI, PF, and statutory compliance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, or equivalent).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
