- Strong understanding of file transfer protocols and security standards.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to managed file transfer systems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and internal teams for problem resolution.
- Familiarity with change management processes and knowledge base documentation.
