Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Tekla Steel Detailer with strong hands-on experience in Tekla Structures and good knowledge of AISC Standards. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate structural steel fabrication and erection drawings for US-based projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare structural steel detailing and fabrication drawings using Tekla Structures.
- Create GA, Assembly, Single-Part, and Erection drawings.
- Read and interpret structural, architectural, and engineering drawings.
- Apply AISC Standards and project/client requirements while detailing.
- Detail bolted and welded connections accurately.
- Prepare material lists, bolt lists, and other project deliverables.
- Review models and drawings for accuracy, completeness, and constructability.
- Incorporate design changes, revisions, and checker comments.
- Coordinate with Modelers, Checkers, Engineers, and Project Teams.
- Ensure drawings are completed accurately and within project deadlines.
- Follow company drafting standards and quality procedures.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Tekla Structures.
- Good knowledge of AISC Standards.
- Experience in Structural Steel Detailing.
- Good understanding of steel fabrication and erection processes.
- Ability to read and understand structural drawings.
- Knowledge of connections, bolts, welds, and steel members.
- Good attention to detail and quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Structural Engineering, or related field.
Preferred
- Experience working on US structural steel projects.
- Experience with commercial, industrial, or miscellaneous steel projects.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
