About the Role
The Ark Connect is a purpose-built digital platform for the Christian community, bringing churches, Christian schools, and nonprofits together for fellowship, prayer, and daily devotion. The Ark Enterprise platform gives faith-based organizations the technology to run and grow their mission. We build and support these products at Justo Global.
We are hiring a Product Associate to help us build, improve, and grow these products. This is an entry-level product role and a real starting point for a product career. You'll work alongside senior product managers and the engineering, design, and marketing teams to understand our users, shape features, test them, and see them through to launch. You'll also own a small area of your own from early on, such as tracking and summarizing app-store reviews and user feedback, so you're contributing real value while you learn.
We invest in growth. A Product Associate who does well here has a clear path toward Associate Product Manager and, in time, Product Manager.
Because these are faith-based products offered to Christian organizations, we do want someone who is genuinely interested in the mission and comfortable working on and helping grow a product that is sold to churches and ministries. You just need to be enthusiastic about the product and at ease with the commercial nature of the work.
What You'll Do
- Learn our products inside out: how The Ark Connect and the Ark Enterprise platform work, and what our users need from them.
- Gather and analyze user feedback, support tickets, and app reviews to spot problems and opportunities.
- Own our app-store review and user-feedback tracking: keep it organized and turn it into clear summaries the product team can act on.
- Conduct market and competitor research, and summarize findings clearly for the product team.
- Help write user stories, feature requirements, and product documentation under the guidance of senior PMs.
- Support feature testing and QA: try new features, log issues, and help ensure quality before release.
- Track product metrics and usage data, and help prepare simple reports and updates.
- Coordinate across engineering, design, and marketing to keep work moving and aligned.
- Assist with product launches, release notes, and internal or user-facing feature communication.
