Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate revenue
- Handle customer inquiries, site visits, and property presentations
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Ensure smooth closure of sales deals and documentation processe
Requirements:
- 1–6 years of experience in real estate sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive market
- Tamil and English communication skills required
