About the role
We’re a small, fast-moving startup looking for a versatile Marketing & Sales Associate to help us grow. You’ll wear both hats driving awareness through marketing campaigns and closing deals with prospective customers. This is a rare chance to build foundational go-to-market skills, work directly with founders, and see your impact immediately.
What you’ll do
- Run outbound campaigns: prospecting, cold email, and LinkedIn outreach to build pipeline
- Qualify inbound leads, run discovery calls, and move deals through to close
- Create marketing content: social posts, blog drafts, email newsletters, and landing page copy
- Manage our CRM, track pipeline metrics, and report on what’s working
- Support events, webinars, and partnership outreach
- Test new growth channels and bring ideas to the table — we want a builder, not just an executor
What we’re looking for
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a customer-facing role (internships count)
- Strong written and verbal communication — you can write a clean email and hold your own on a call
- Self-starter mindset; comfortable with ambiguity and figuring things out
- Curious about startups, technology, and how businesses grow
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Nice to have
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Notion, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Any experience writing publicly (blog, newsletter, social)
- Previous startup or small-team experience

Pay: ₹15,652.89 - ₹30,440.00 per month
