Nifty Solutions is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and client engagement. This role involves promoting our IT services and products and building strong customer relationships.
What You'll Do-
1. Prepare and structure questions for customer interactions and internal discussions.
2. Follow up on customer and partner inquiries to ensure timely responses and closures.
3. Conduct tele-calling activities to promote specific products to customers and channel partners.
4. Add and maintain new company entries in the acquisition tracker (Google Sheets).
5. Manage and update IndiaMART inquiries in Excel for proper tracking and follow-up.
6. Follow up with customers for service renewals and ensure retention.
7. Increase brand visibility and traffic on LinkedIn and Instagram through regular engagement and promotion.
Any additional skills such as web designing, development, Blog post on our website will be considered an added advantage.
What You’ll Need-
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Confidence in cold calling and engaging new prospects
- Goal-Oriented persuasive, and self-motivated personality
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and within a team
