About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to generate leads, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential customers.
Generate leads through calls, referrals, social media, and field visits.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and property/site visits (if applicable).
Follow up with prospects and convert them into customers.
Maintain customer records and update CRM/database regularly.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth customer service.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Required Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA/MBA preferred).
0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer handling.
