Role Overview
We are seeking a highly competent and result-oriented Senior Secondary Mathematics Teacher to teach Grades XI & XII. The ideal candidate should be capable of delivering strong academic outcomes while making Mathematics engaging and application-driven.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Mathematics for Grades XI & XII in alignment with the CBSE curriculum
- Deliver consistent board exam results with structured academic planning
- Prepare students for CBSE Board Exams and provide foundational support for competitive exams (JEE – Main level)
- Develop lesson plans, tests, and revision modules with a focus on conceptual clarity
- Track and analyse student performance; implement improvement strategies
- Integrate technology and modern teaching methodologies into the classroom
- Provide individual academic mentoring and doubt-clearing sessions
- Collaborate with the academic team to uphold Greendale’s standards
Candidate Profile
- M.Sc. Mathematics with B.Ed. (mandatory)
- 5+ years of experience teaching Senior Secondary (CBSE)
- Proven track record of excellent board results
- Strong expertise in Calculus, Algebra, Trigonometry, and Applied Mathematics
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage high school learners
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Comfortable with smart classroom tools and digital platforms
