An IT Field Engineer is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT hardware, software, and network systems at client locations or remote sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure computers, servers, printers, and networking equipment
- Provide on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Diagnose and resolve system faults and service disruptions
- Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades
- Support LAN/WAN connectivity and internet issues
- Coordinate with internal IT teams for escalated issues
- Maintain service records and technical documentation
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
