Job Description
Sri Krish International School, Rathinamangalam, is looking for a dedicated, caring, and enthusiastic KG Montessori Teacher to join our team.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about early childhood education and capable of creating a joyful, safe, and engaging classroom environment where young children can learn through exploration, activity, and hands-on experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Montessori-based activities appropriate for KG children.
- Plan and implement engaging lessons covering language, phonics, numeracy, practical life, sensorial development, art, and creative activities.
- Encourage children to develop independence, confidence, communication, and social skills.
- Maintain a positive and well-organized classroom environment.
- Observe and monitor individual children's learning and developmental progress.
- Provide appropriate support and encouragement based on each child's needs.
- Maintain classroom materials and Montessori resources.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and classroom activities.
- Follow school policies, academic plans, and safety procedures.
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, training, and other school activities.
Candidate Profile
- Montessori / NTT / ECCE qualification preferred.
- Previous experience teaching KG/Preschool children will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good spoken English.
- Patient, caring, creative, and energetic personality.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Passion for working with young children.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff.
Freshers with relevant Montessori/NTT qualifications may also apply.
