Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple construction projects from planning to completion
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and legal requirements
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays proactively
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment
- Manage and mentor project managers, engineers, and site teams
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates
- Optimize operational efficiency and cost control across projects
- Implement best practices in construction management and innovation
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 10–15+ years of experience in construction/project management
- Proven experience in handling large-scale construction projects
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹97,867.42 per month
