We are looking for a Admission Counsellor who will be the first point of contact for incoming student leads. The role involves handling inquiries, reviewing and verifying leads, providing initial counselling about our programs, and converting prospects into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and follow up on student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Review and verify incoming leads to identify genuine prospects.
- Provide basic counselling about the courses and programs offered by the organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
- Convert inquiries into admissions and close enrollments where possible.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM or Excel.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets set by the company.
- Support business growth by generating and nurturing potential leads.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or counselling roles is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Confidence in speaking with students and parents over the phone.
- Good communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales or business development will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
