We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making daily outbound calls to potential customers, generating quality leads, and building the initial stage of our sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities
- Make daily outbound calls to prospective customers from provided data/leads
- Generate new leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and referrals
- Explain company products/services clearly to potential customers
- Qualify leads based on customer interest and requirements
- Maintain a daily record of calls made, leads generated, and follow-ups
- Update customer information and call status in CRM/Excel sheet
- Follow up with interested leads to convert them into confirmed customers
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets
- Coordinate with the sales team/manager to hand over qualified leads
- Handle basic customer queries and objections professionally
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English or as per local requirement)
- Confident and pleasant telephone manner
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM tools)
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
- Good listening skills and ability to understand customer needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or lead generation is a plus but not mandatory
