Experience: Minimum 6 Months
Work Profile:
- Handle customer queries and provide regular shipment updates.
- Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, CHA, transporters, and internal operations teams.
- Coordinate for Shipping Instructions (SI), BL draft, amendments, and final BL.
- Prepare and share shipment status reports with customers.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for import/export shipments.
