As we continue to scale rapidly, we are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner who can build people practices that enable high performance, strengthen culture and support business growth.
Role Overview -
The Human Resources Business Partner will work closely with business leaders across Operations, Supply Chain, Technology, Customer Experience, Sales and Corporate Functions to drive people strategy, organisational effectiveness and employee engagement.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced, high growth environment and is equally comfortable driving strategic HR initiatives as well as executing day to day people operations.
Key Responsibilities -
Business Partnering -
* Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organisation design and talent strategy.
* Coach managers on performance management, employee development and leadership effectiveness.
* Build strong relationships across departments and act as a trusted people advisor.
* Drive employee engagement, retention and culture initiatives.
Talent Acquisition -
* Lead end to end recruitment for business critical and leadership roles.
* Improve hiring turnaround time and candidate experience.
* Partner with hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines.
* Strengthen employer branding across hiring platforms.
Performance & Talent Management
* Drive goal setting, performance review and appraisal processes.
* Support succession planning and career development initiatives.
* Identify high potential talent and development opportunities.
Employee Experience
* Lead onboarding and employee integration programmes.
* Handle employee relations, grievance management and conflict resolution.
* Conduct engagement surveys and implement action plans to improve employee satisfaction.
HR Operations & Compliance
* Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements and company policies.
* Partner with Payroll and Finance for smooth employee lifecycle management.
* Maintain HR dashboards, people analytics and management reports.
Learning & Development
* Identify capability gaps across teams.
* Coordinate functional, behavioural and leadership development programmes.
* Drive continuous learning initiatives across the organisation.
Preferred Qualifications
* MBA or Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources.
* 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner or similar role.
* Experience in high growth organisations is preferred.
* Exposure to Manufacturing, E commerce, Retail, Consumer Technology, Logistics, Supply Chain or Operations driven businesses will be an advantage.
* Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem solving skills.
* Good understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.
* Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits -
* ₹10,00,000 Fixed Annual CTC
* Annual Performance Bonus up to ₹2,00,000
* Total Target Compensation of ₹12,00,000 per annum
