CRE – Insurance Customer Relationship ExecutiveJob Summary
The Insurance Customer Relationship Executive (ICRE) is responsible for assisting customers with vehicle insurance renewals, claim coordination, policy-related queries, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and insurance partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers regarding insurance renewals and policy expirations.
- Explain insurance products, benefits, and renewal options.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance and claims.
- Assist customers in completing insurance documentation.
- Follow up on pending renewals and claims.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and insurance transactions.
- Resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Work closely with the sales and service teams to provide seamless customer support.
- Achieve renewal and customer satisfaction targets.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports on insurance activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
- Experience in automobile insurance or customer service is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
