Additional Incentive: ₹1,000 per successfully deployed candidate (Flight Basis)

We specialize in connecting skilled and qualified candidates with employment opportunities in Gulf and European countries across industries such as Construction, MEP, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Logistics, Healthcare, and Infrastructure.
We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator who can support candidate sourcing, interview coordination, database management, and recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle candidate inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and recruiters.
- Follow up with candidates regarding documents, interview schedules, medical appointments, visa processes, and deployment status.
- Maintain and update candidate databases using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Organize and manage CV records and recruitment documentation.
- Track candidate progress from application to deployment.
- Coordinate with management regarding manpower requirements and candidate availability.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
- Ensure accurate record keeping and timely follow-ups.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and computer operations.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and tasks simultaneously.
- Recruitment, telecalling, customer service, HR, or coordination experience preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and willingness to learn may also apply.

Compensation & Benefits
