We are seeking an experienced Interior Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering commercial interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial interior fit-out projects from handover to completion.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules using Zoho Projects (or similar project management software).
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, vendors, and site teams.
- Track project progress, budgets, procurement, and resource allocation.
- Conduct site visits, quality inspections, and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Manage RFIs, approvals, change orders, and project documentation.
- Identify project risks and proactively resolve execution issues.
- Submit periodic progress reports and ensure timely project closure.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Projects, Microsoft Project, or similar project management tools.
- Strong knowledge of interior finishes, MEP coordination, BOQs, and vendor management.
- Excellent planning, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and project reporting.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
