Roles & Responsibilites
- Parent Communication: Answer phone, email, and walk-in inquiries regarding the school curriculum, fee structure, and campus facilities.
- Lead Management: Follow up on prospective leads, schedule school tours, and log updates into the school's ERP or CRM system.
- Application Support: Assist parents with filling out forms and collecting mandatory admission documents (such as prior transcripts and birth certificates).
- Target Conversion: Meet set registration and enrollment goals for the academic year.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
