Job Description:
- Planning and execution: Developing and implementing strategies to optimize delivery routes, load distribution, and other logistics operations
- Budgeting: Managing the logistics budget to reduce costs without compromising service quality
- Vendor management: Developing and maintaining relationships with logistics vendors and transportation providers
- Communication: Communicating with clients and transporters
- Performance assessment: Analyzing data to assess performance and implement improvements
- Staff management: Supervising, coaching, and training the warehouse workforce
- Safety: Ensuring that vehicles are safe and meet legal requirements
- Quality and quantity: Keeping track of quality, quantity, and stock levels
Skills Required:
- Good Communication Skills
- Knowledge of Dispatch and Transportation,
- MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint),
- WMS
- SAP T-Codes (Mandatory)
Salary (in-hand): 30,000/- to 35,000/- in hand
